Austria's Solden, which offers snow sports on twin glaciers through the summer, has a 'Final Countdown' weekend from 29th April to 2nd May.

Participants can start the summer's bathing season at 2,800m above sea level where a 60 metre pool and plenty of fun equipment included. Activities will include a waterslide contest for everyone.

The popular "Queen of the Beach" fun contest will also be staged for the second time at Rettenbach Glacier.
