Tinchy will be joining other confirmed acts including Chase and Status Live and N*E*R*D. Having just turned 21 he already has a MOBO nomination, Sidewinder Award, has toured with Kano and Bedouin Soundclash, performed across Europe and released an independent debut to critical acclaim. Tinchy's 'Take Me Back' featuring Taio Cruz and released in early January this year, not only debuted at no. 3, but also scored a no. 1 on the video airplay chart, a top 10 position on national radio airplay chart, and is still, over a month later, in the top 10 of both the UK iTunes and singles charts. Tinchy Stryder is about to embark on a UK tour that has already sold out making Relentless NASS a must for Stryder fans missing a ticket.

Tinchy, real name Kwasi Danquah, was born in Ghana in 1986 and moved to East London at a young age. He was brought up and still lives in one of the capital's most dangerous boroughs - Tower Hamlets; yet despite his tough upbringing he has a distinctly positive outlook on life and is determined to provide a positive role model for kids across the country. Having started making music, along with his group ‘Ruff Sqwad', aged just 13 Tinchy has seen through the years the negative press that the music he loves has received and is on a mission to change this.

Moving to the Indoor Arena and for Drum and BASS fans it looks set to be a real treat. Highlights include:

The 15,000 capacity Relentless NASS Festival will take place from 10-12^th July 2009 at The Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet in Somerset. The event features the best in action sports including skateboarding, BMX, freestyle moto-x and inline skating as well as a world class music bill over the three days.
