But if you have no idea what we are talking about then think of Snowboarding as surfing on snow. That is basically what it is: people strap on a board under their feet and use gravity to go downhill a snowy slope. Snowboarding technique is closer to skateboarding and surfing than skiing even though most people compare it to skiing. The key is to surf with both feet strapped to a board down a ski slope while maintaining balance. By shifting weight on to the heel- or the toe-edge of the board one can turn either left or right. | | | | | Can this site teach me?
