Factory Media acquires two new action sports websites |

Factory Media, the action sports publisher, has acquired two new websites and
appointed its first head of digital sales as the company continues to grow.
Created a year ago when its four founders bought three individual companies,
each of which owned four magazines apiece, Factory Media has acquired
AdrenalinTrip.net and start-up SurfCore.co.uk. The combined acquisition price for both websites is understood to be £300000
