Meet iSlide. This cross between a skateboard and a snowboard is actually
powered by a hydrogen fuel cell.

Well, technically it isn't, because so far it is only a concept. Still,
according to the Autoblog, this hip urban transport designed by Ofir Tal of
Hadasa College in Israel is getting plenty of attention.

Though iSlide has only one wheel located in its center of gravity, operating
it is simplicity itself. Leaning forward makes it accelerate; pushing back makes
it slow down.

"With a top-speed of 15 kilometers per hour, don't expect to get anywhere too
quickly," says Autoblog.
But as a less expensive alternative to Segway, iSlide deserves a notice.
