Slovenian skier Primoz Skerbinek tested positive for the anabolic steroid Stanozolol, according to FIS, the sport's world governing body of skiing.

Four other athletes picked up two-year bans after testing positive for marijuana: Spanish freestyle skier Peter Alexander Bouvrie Morales; Spanish cross-country skier Ilazki Barace Baque; Italian snowboarder Paolo Bazzano, and Italian snowboarder Lorenzo Barbieri.
